Tendon Systems (Tendon) engaged Scotland Wright Associates (SWA) to assist with the disposition of their 95,000-square-foot warehouse in Suwanee, GA. Tendon asked SWA to execute a marketing process that maximized value and allowed them to retain asset control through a leaseback agreement.

SWA conducted a 60-day process that uncovered the right buyer for the 7340 McGinnis Ferry building. After executing the "go-to-market" strategy and a series of negotiations, SWA secured a purchase price of $143/SF. Overall, Tendon nearly tripled its investment from the original acquisition in 2017 and secured a leaseback with the option to renew in the future.
