Scotland Wright Associates Appoints Office Team Leader as the Firm Continues its Expansion
Atlanta, GA (February 13, 2024) - Scotland Wright Associates (SWA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Davis as its new Office Team Leader. In his new role, Mike will be responsible for leading and managing the office brokerage team and contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm.
With ten years of commercial real estate experience, Mike brings a unique combination of servant leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving organizational goals. His expertise in serving clients makes him a great fit to serve in this role for the Scotland Wright Associates team.

Mike Davis joined SWA as an intern in 2013. After finishing his football career and earning his MBA at Georgia State University, he transitioned into full-time brokerage. Davis remained at SWA until 2018, when he left to launch his company, Nucleus Capital. After a successful stint running his own company, he rejoined the SWA team as a Principal, focusing his efforts on office tenant representation.
In his new role, Davis will lean on his skills and experiences to amplify the efforts of an office team that has grown exponentially over the last nine months. SWA has attracted several industry veterans who broadened the firm's capacity to serve clients' diverse and growing needs in the Atlanta market and across the United States.
